Can we customize our invoice layouts and currency?
Yes. Each agency gets its own settings configuration record where you can upload custom branding logos, representative signatures, bank details, tax rates (GST/IGST), and default currencies.
What are the photo upload requirements?
For profile photos, the system resizes images client-side to a 1:1 square ratio (maximum 600px x 600px) in JPG format. For itinerary galleries and quote documents, photos are optimized client-side to 1024px x 768px (or vice-versa) before uploading, featuring a dynamic upload progress bar.
How do we manage staff agents?
Agency administrators can create agent accounts via the Staff module. Agents can log in to the workspace, track leads, build quotations, and generate invoices. The administrator retains access to staff attendance reports and daily logs.
